
Dr. Moshe Davidovitch, BA, DDS, MMSc, Cert Orth
Clinical inventor & faculty member of the Department of Orthodontics of Tel Aviv University
Dr. Moshe Davidovitch earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology (with minors in Philosophy and Political Science) from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. His dental degree was earned from The Ohio State University School of Dental Medicine in Columbus, and his Masters of Medical Science and Certificate of Orthodontics degrees from Harvard University in Boston.
Previously, he served as an Assistant Professor of Orthodontics in Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. Currently, he is a senior lecturer and head of departmental research in the orthodontic department at Tel Aviv University. Moshe has filled several positions in the Israel Orthodontic Society and in the Ministry of Health. He is a reviewer for the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and Angle Orthodontist, and has authored multiple research articles and book chapters.
His research interests are bone biology, biomechanics, appliance design, TMJ function, and growth and development. He maintains an active practice limited to orthodontics in central Tel Aviv, Israel together with his academic endeavors.
